CHEF

​We are seeking a talented and experienced prep chef to join our culinary team at Eat Momo. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fresh food and knowledge of working with production deadlines, with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation. The prep chef is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards following Eat Momo recipes.

 

Responsibilities

•  Prepare fresh ingredients and batches.

• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

•  Team Collaboration, Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to coordinate and streamline food preparation.
